My name is Andrei Moskalenko.

I graduated Far Eastern State Technical University, Vladivostok Russia 1985 as a civil construction engineer

My primary focus is the acquisition, renovation, and subsequent sale of residential property in San Diego, California. Have over 30 years of experience in construction.

My biggest civil construction projects I have been a part of abroad:

• Oceanarium (in association with NGO “Mostovik” in the capacity of head of general contractor management service)

• Shipbuilding wharf “Zvezda” (construction preparation work in the capacity of general manager Russian-Korean Construction Company “SDSK”)

I was a part of the IRMI conference in San Diego (2013).

Throughout my life, I have helped lots of customers with their construction projects. I help where it is needed most: consulting, determining solutions for the most complex projects, using the latest technologies and materials.
